You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Use Jaaxis for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms (including Facebook, Instagram, and your e-commerce platform).
Send spam, harassment, or unauthorized marketing messages.
Interfere with or disrupt Jaaxis or its integrations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
By connecting your Facebook, Instagram, or e-commerce account, you grant Jaaxis permission to:
Access, store, and process data from connected platforms.
Send and receive messages on your behalf, as authorized.
Display and manage data from your store or social accounts in the Jaaxis dashboard.
You can revoke these permissions at any time by disconnecting the integration.
Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Jaaxis, you consent to our data practices described therein.
All Jaaxis software, trademarks, and content are owned by us or our licensors.
You retain ownership of your content but grant Jaaxis a license to use it for operating and improving the service.
Certain features may require a paid subscription.
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We may change pricing with prior notice.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the in-app deletion feature or contacting support@jaaxis.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Jaaxis is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jaaxis from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
