  • Customer Interaction Data: Messages, comments, and order-related information necessary for responding to customer inquiries.

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs.

 

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Connect and maintain integrations with your Facebook Page, Instagram account, and e-commerce store.

  • Send and receive messages on your behalf as authorized.

  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, and related support requests.

  • Improve, secure, and maintain our services.

  • Comply with legal obligations.

 

Sharing of Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:

  • Service Providers: For hosting, analytics, and integrations (e.g., Meta APIs).

  • Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights.

  • Your Authorized Users: People you invite to your Jaaxis account.

 

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Access tokens from connected platforms are stored securely and automatically expire based on each platform’s policies.

 

User Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by:

  • Using the in-app Delete My Account feature in Jaaxis.

  • Disconnecting your e-commerce store or Facebook/Instagram account directly in Jaaxis.

  • Emailing us at support@jaaxis.com with your deletion request.

Once a deletion request is verified, we will:

  • Permanently delete your account data and stored messages from our systems.

  • Revoke all access tokens to connected platforms.

  • Confirm completion within 30 days.

 

Security

We use encryption, secure access controls, and other industry-standard measures to protect your data.

 

Third-Party Services

Our integrations use APIs from Facebook, Instagram, and e-commerce platforms. Your use of these features is subject to those platforms’ own privacy policies.

 

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Contact support@jaaxis.com to exercise your rights.

Meta Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to delete your activities and data from Jaaxis, you can:

  1. In-App Deletion:

    • Log in to your Jaaxis account.

    • Go to Settings → Account.

    • Click Delete My Account and confirm.

  2. Disconnect Integrations:

    • Log in to Jaaxis.

    • Go to Settings → Integrations.

    • Disconnect your e-commerce store and/or Facebook/Instagram account.

  3. Email Request:

    • Send an email to support@jaaxis.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address linked to your Jaaxis account.

We will delete your account and associated data and revoke all connected platform permissions within 30 days of verification.
